rebalances quarterly on the last trading day of March, June, September and
December. "Quarterly Rebalance effective before the open December 31,
2008."
Please note that the 2008Q4 review includes an industry
sector change. The industry sector Hydrogen and Fuel Cells (HFC) is being
changed to Energy Conversion (ECV) effective as of the review implementation.
